Join performers from Scary Little Girls for an event celebrating some of the south west’s favourite writers and the Reading Passport. Uniquely combining literature, performance, chat and the odd tasty treat, we’ll will introduce you to some new and little known gems – side by side with such much-loved Cornish and international names as Emily Bronte, PG Wodehouse, Pauline Sheppard, Arundhati Roy and Douglas Adams.
StorySmiths events have enjoyed sell out success at the Port Eliot, Brighton, Edinburgh and du Maurier literary festivals and were recently taken round a successful pilot tour of Cornish libraries. The Scotsman hailed StorySmiths as “unforgettable”.
