Unique nutrition workshops that use drama, art and music to empower children to make better food choices…and our food tastes great too!
"These were lively sessions that allowed the children to learn about healthy eating and feel good about themselves. They played lots of learning games and enjoyed a quiz at the end of the sessions, they also ate lots of good food!" Sarah Anderson, Deputy Headteacher St Josephs Primary School, Southwark
A series of four workshops for schools, created by a qualified dietician, that aim to provide children with healthy eating life skills and a more active involvement in the food they eat. Eating habits developed in childhood are often a major contributor to obesity later in life. We aim to support the Healthy Schools Programme, and introduce children to the pleasurable aspects of good food, using drama, art, songs and great tasting sessions.
